The official Maglev 2026 conference website is expected to launch by late autumn 2025.

Conference Dates and Venue
To avoid conflicts with major international rail transit events such as InnoTrans 2026 (September 22–25, 2026), Maglev 2026 is scheduled for October 14–18, 2026, in Qingdao, China. The Wyndham Hotel Qingdao has been selected as the host hotel.

Organizers and Committees
Maglev 2026 is co-organized by the State Key Laboratory of High-Speed Maglev Transport Technology (SKLM), CRRC Qingdao Sifang Co., Ltd., and Tongji University.
