Hi all,
First post here. I've been having trouble finding sources of funding for a project I have investigating superconductor/permanent-magnet interactions. We have found a path that could lead to a more or less ab initio model for predicting the attractive, repulsive, and damping forces for a mag lev application. The initial application for this work was as a near-zero thrust bearing for a flywheel energy storage system.
Any suggestions for funding agencies or programs in the states that I might look?
Thanks
