The "Future with Linear Maglev" project was conducted by the JR Tokai company from February 20 to April 24, 2020. An 8-page booklet was created by selecting 30 works from more than 10,000 texts and illustrations submitted to the company's "My Future with the Linear Maglev Project" campaign from February 20 to April 24, 2020. JR Tokai published the booklet on the future vision as part of their maglev marketing campaign.

When the Maglev begins operation, it will connect Shinagawa with Nagoya in just 40 minutes and Shinagawa with Osaka in just 67 minutes. The questions for the project booklet were: When the range of day trips expands, what will we be able to do? How much more time will we be able to spend with our loved ones?
The brochure is divided into five themes: "Encounters with the City," "Encounters with New Ways of Living," "Encounters that Create Possibilities," "Encounters with Loved Ones" and "Illustration Corner."
