Association of Residents Along the Line to Protect Nature and Living Environment from the Linear Line Launched in Iida, Japan

　The "Association of Residents Along the Line to Protect Nature and Living Environment from the Linear Line" was established by residents along the Linear Central Shinkansen Line in Iida City on April 30, 2022, and held its inaugural meeting in the city. The group was formed due to relocation and compensation issues associated with the Linear construction, as well as concerns about the construction going on underground in residential areas.
