Trafikverket does not stick to the facts and excludes magnetic trains as an investigation option for the investment in fast trains. But now there is a new unbiased study that includes magnetic train options, writes Rune Wigblad.

On 2 February 2022, an independent scientific report "Fast Ground Transport for Sweden" by Henrik Ny, Blekinge Institute of Technology [BTH], was published. The BTH report is based on an unbiased, holistic approach that includes magnetic rail. This brings out the major advantages of magnetic trains.
