Mr. Namba, Vice Governor of Shizuoka Prefecture, will give a lecture on the impact of the construction of the Linear Central Shinkansen on the water resources of the Oigawa River system at the general meeting of the Research Council for Protecting the Clear Streams of the Oigawa River (hosted by the Research Council for Protecting the Clear Streams of the Oigawa River) to be held at Oi Shrine Miyamiden (Shimada City, Shizuoka Prefecture) on July 26.
