To balance our trade with China I suggest Australia buys 60 double shield hard rock TBM off them to drive the tunnel in two years creating peace in the south China sea.
As well as having overnight container trains to double the earnings it can also take the HVDC cables from snowy 2 earning up to $12b p/a to make it really profitable.

To avoid complex points I suggest the front wheels are made steerable to access freight sidings on the outer suburbs.

As it is only single guideway between passing stations with a breathable 11 psi it allows the container train to go as fast as the LO maglev in a smaller atmospheric tunnel.

The comparison can be seen here on your phone.

After watching Jeff Dimery on the National press club of Australia today I think we will have small 300 mw nuclear reactors replacing coal fired generators keeping the towns alive and using surplus power through HVDC cables in the tunnel making it even more profitable.

Because NSW is having a study on transport I sent this email to Jo Haylen.

True HSR will not take freight so it is unprofitable but with 60 Chinese double shield hardrock TBM a single tunnel connecting Sydney to Melbourne Via Canberra and Albury will remove trucks and planes from that route in three years with a Japanese SC maglev.

With a 14meter diameter single tunnel overnight container trains can earn $2,000 per container and faster than any truck,

As the tunnel goes directly below Snowy 2, high voltage direct current cables can use it earning up to $12b p/a making it even more profitable while balancing our trade with China and creating peace in the south China sea.

Philip Laird would love to get more freight on rail but unless it is faster and cheaper than trucks and planes we will be stuck with them like China and America.

Regards Eddy
