I guess these pods are hanging from the top side - https://hardt.global/.

So what are the pros and cons - levitation from top versus that from bottom?

For a start I think Hyperloop would never work but to make a train profitable it must have an overnight container train and this is much easier in tunnels as there is no weight limit.
