I found out that there is 100% p/a profit using HVDC cables in the Sydney to Melbourne tunnel so now you have $2b p/a from overnight containertrains, $2b p/a from daytime trains and a huge 12b p/a from HVDC cables.
So without the surface problems it will balance our trade with China, remove all trucks and planes between these cities and make a profit in only three years.
